The Problem

Sound familiar?

Managing Zoom recordings manually is a time sink that nobody signed up for.

Recordings pile up

Recordings sit in Zoom until someone remembers to download them — or until they expire.

Manual downloading

Someone has to download each file, rename it, and put it in the right Drive folder. Every. Single. Time.

AI summaries are trapped

Zoom generates great AI summaries, but they're locked in Zoom's UI — not where your team works.

Wasted cloud storage

You're paying Zoom to store recordings that should already be in your Google Drive.

How It Works

Set up once, forget forever

We connect your tools, configure the automation, and get out of the way.

Connect

We connect your Zoom, Google Drive, and Slack accounts through secure OAuth. No passwords shared.

Configure

We set up your folder structure, Slack channels, file naming, and which meetings to process. Tailored to your team.

Done

Every meeting recording lands in the right Drive folder, with an AI summary doc and a Slack notification. Automatically.

Features

Everything happens automatically

Automatic archival

Video, audio, and transcript files download from Zoom and upload to Google Drive — no human in the loop. Every recording, every time.

AI Summary docs

Zoom's AI summary is extracted and formatted into a clean Google Doc with meeting recap, key topics, and next steps.

Slack notifications

Your team gets a Slack message with direct links to the recording and AI summary as soon as upload completes.

Zoom cleanup

After recordings are safely in Drive, they're automatically deleted from Zoom — freeing up cloud storage you're paying for.

Activity log

A Google Sheet tracks every processed recording — meeting name, date, upload status, and cleanup status. Full audit trail.

Manual re-processing

Missed a recording or need to re-run one? A simple form lets you re-process any meeting on demand by entering its ID.

Meeting Vault moves your Zoom cloud recordings directly into your Google Drive using secure OAuth connections. We never download, store, or have access to your recording files — they go straight from Zoom to your Drive. All transfers happen over encrypted connections.

Meeting Vault works with any Zoom plan that includes cloud recording — typically Zoom Workplace Pro and above. If your team records meetings to Zoom's cloud, you're good to go.

Our system automatically retries failed transfers. If a recording still can't be processed, you'll be notified so nothing slips through the cracks. We monitor processing health continuously and step in proactively when issues arise.

Pro customers get faster response times and a dedicated point of contact. Starter plan support is via email with next-business-day response. Pro support means same-day responses and direct access to the team handling your account.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts — your subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll refund everything including the setup fee, no questions asked. Your files stay in your Google Drive regardless.

You could — but you'd need to build and maintain the automation yourself. Meeting Vault handles file naming, folder routing, AI summary extraction, Zoom storage cleanup, and Slack notifications out of the box. No engineering time to set up, no troubleshooting when APIs change, and no ongoing maintenance. Most teams find the DIY approach costs more in time than it saves in money.

Setup is hands-on, done-for-you configuration: we connect your Zoom, Google Drive, and Slack accounts via secure OAuth, configure your folder structures and naming conventions, set up Slack notification channels, test the entire pipeline with real recordings, and make sure everything is running smoothly before we hand it off.

Most teams are fully up and running within 2–3 business days. We'll schedule a short kickoff call to understand your folder structure and notification preferences, then handle everything from there.
