Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Meeting Vault ("the Service"), operated by Built on Purpose, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Meeting Vault is an automated Zoom recording archival service. We transfer your Zoom cloud recordings to your Google Drive, generate AI-powered meeting summaries, and deliver notifications to your Slack workspace. The Service is configured during a one-time setup process and runs automatically thereafter.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business use. By using Meeting Vault, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms and that your use of the Service complies with your organization's policies regarding third-party integrations.

4. Account and access

To use Meeting Vault, you must grant us access to your Zoom, Google Drive, and Slack accounts via OAuth 2.0 authorization. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials for these third-party services
• Ensuring you have the appropriate permissions within your organization to authorize these integrations
• Notifying us promptly if you believe any authorized access has been compromised

5. Pricing and payment

Meeting Vault is offered under the pricing plans published on our website. Pricing includes:

• One-time setup fee. Due at the start of service. Covers initial configuration of your Zoom, Google Drive, and Slack integrations.
• Monthly subscription fee. Billed monthly in advance. The subscription covers the number of Zoom users specified by your plan tier.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through our contact form. Upon cancellation:

• Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current billing period
• We will revoke all OAuth tokens and delete stored credentials within 30 days
• Recordings already archived in your Google Drive will remain in your Google Drive — we do not delete your files

Setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain sufficient Google Drive storage for archived recordings
• Comply with Zoom's, Google's, and Slack's respective terms of service
• Ensure you have the right to record, store, and process the meetings being archived
• Obtain any necessary consent from meeting participants as required by applicable law
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

8. Data handling

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We do not store your Zoom recordings — they are transferred directly to your Google Drive
• We access only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

9. Service availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Zoom, Google, Slack) that may experience outages or changes beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or known disruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built on Purpose, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost or corrupted recordings due to third-party API failures
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated meeting summaries
• Service interruptions caused by Zoom, Google, or Slack outages
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual property

Meeting Vault, its branding, and its automation workflows are the property of Built on Purpose, LLC. Your recordings, meeting data, and generated summaries remain your property. We claim no ownership over any content processed through the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If we make material changes, we will notify active customers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in the State of Georgia.
